Job Description :
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as required.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
Schedule meetings, book meeting rooms and prepare meeting agenda.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
Qualifications :
Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit
Gender:Female
Language Proficiency:Excellent in Arabic and English (weitten and spoken)
Years of Experience:4-6 Years
Experience Background:Office Admin / Receptionist
