Job Description :
Manage, develop and grow specific modern trade accounts by developing business programs supported with performance related BDAs
Drive volume & share across the channel and support execution of Trade Marketing activities.
Establish & negotiates BDAs within company’s policies & budget.
Develop a promotion calendar on a trimester basis
Work with Trade Marketing, Merchandizing and Marketing teams to develop account specific strategies, standards for merchandising, range, promotions, pricing & equipment's.
Work closely with the finance department to ensure that appropriate credit management is taking place across all the accounts.
Build long term relation with key customers
Prepare monthly sales forecast for the products
Creating and implementing a pricing strategy within the company policy and structure .
Qualifications :
From 3- 6 years experience in Key Accounts .
Market Oriented.
Experience in working within a multi-functional team.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
