Job Description :
acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. organizing events and conferences
yping, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
miscellaneous tasks to support their manager
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree: Administration or Business
Experience Background:Secretary / Office Management
Years of Experience:4-6
Gender:Female
Language Proficiency:Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit
