Head of IT- by Top Business

Job Description :
Lead, develop and implement IT initiatives that enable the Company to compete more vigorously and more profitably in a constantly changing and demanding marketplace
Translates the company vision into IT systems and procedures, articulating this critical link to the company stakeholders including the Executive Team, IT staff and employee
Manage, motivate, and develop all staff within the IT group Ensure the organizational Structure is appropriate for supporting the company current and future business needs
Be viewed as a critical voice among the Operating Team, driving cross-functional collaboration through the IT team
Lead and coordinate development of our infrastructure to ensure key business strategies and processes are supported by systems that enable growth and flexibility
Develop plans and budgets in light of internal work needs and operating units’ approved projects
Handle annual budget, ensure cost effectiveness report on expenditure
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
Audit systems and assess their outcomes
Preserve assets, information security and control structures

Qualifications :
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Fluent in MS office suit
Years of experience : not less than 15 years
Nationality : Lebanese
