Senior Social Media Manager- by Top Business

Job Description :
Oversee all company social media accounts management
Curate and implement organic social media and communication campaigns to build brand and promote the university's degrees
Respond to comments and customer inquiries in an effective and timely manner
Organize and partake in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Monitor accounts and report on feedback and online reviews
Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Engage the university's team in active social media activity
Use efficiently social media tools to get bigger engagement and reach
Engage with key influencers and thought leaders to reinforce the university's brand
Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement

Qualifications :
3/4+ years' experience as a community manager/social media manager/social media strategist
Social media prowess: good knowledge of the changing landscape and emerging technologies
Advanced English proficiency
Customer service skills
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
