HR Office Manager- by Top Business
Job Description:
Lead on recruiting our initial team in the Cairo office, with a focus on software developers;
Establish relationships with local recruitment agencies as and when needed
Help build a culture in Cairo office which is consistent with the university’s culture across the world and promote the company’s mission and values
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel
Setup and manage all administrative aspects of the office
Manage all operational aspects of the of office to ensure a healthy, comfortable and attractive working environment is setup and maintained
Supervises the maintenance of overall office
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an HR related field
At least five (5) years of working experience as HR Generalist/Office Manager, ideally including dealing with global teams
Experience in Onboarding, Performance Management, and Offboarding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and reporting skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Has high-level of professionalism, is independent and a self-starter
A good team player with experience working in virtual and cross-cultural teams
Extremely organized and methodical in approach to problem-solving and able to manage information systems
Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint, preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-only work environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines
International / multinational exposureFrom a modern, more innovative organization
Excellent communication skills
Experience in start-ups / building everything from scratch
