Special Fluids Manager- by Top Business
Job Description :
Promote and Develop Special Fluids activities (special focus on drilling fluids, marine dispersant, general applications and crop protection)
Analysis the local markets, detect the main opportunities, identify the key segments and ideal road to market
Initiate and develop new business models, start new projects, set potential targets and open new business opportunities
Follow through all technical issues, settles clients’ complaints. Provide all support to clients in terms of technical issues, questions, etc
Collect all outstanding dues
Report his activity and potential growths in Salsa
Perform other actions, participate in other projects related to GT Business Development
Contribute to the implementation and the respect of HSEQ policies of the the company's
Qualifications :
University graduate (Engineering )
At least 5 years of experience in sales functions, business negotiations ideally in oil & gas sector
Strategic vision, ready to take challenge
Proactive approach, excellent negotiation skills, ability to solve conflicts, good self-management, autonomous, cultural aware, open mindedness, share feedback with colleagues, attach importance to colleagues knowledge and efforts, team-player, highly autonomous, ready to travel
Technical and Field Knowledge in Industrial Lubricants would be a must
Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations)
