Job Description :
Promote HSEQ corporate policy among his team and the company
Ensure the implementation and conformity to HSEQ standards in all maintenance.
Identify and Implement all asset integrity and HSEQ mandatory upgrades and close all gaps.
Invariant implementation for the whole network (S1, S2 and S3) and to be completed by 2020 witht the company's Capex equivalent to 6.5 MUSD.
Develop with sales team a comprehensive maintenance plan according to agreed budget and based on defined station categories.
Maintenance and development of Network stations in order to protect and increase the brand equity and attractiveness to new customers and reduce downtime.
Provide timely accurate Capex cost estimation for Asset Integrity projects.
Calling for maintenance tenders.
Management of external professionals, consultants& contractors of different competence levels.
Manage new Installations in Capex projects and ensure delivery in accordance to budget, specification, quality and time.
Improve maintenance key Performance Indicators as per set targets.
Conducts audits of Contractors to ensure that their HSEQ Management System is in compliance with requirements.
Conducts audits on all sites during maintenance to ensure contractor compliance with the company's standards.
Maintenance Contracts management.

Qualifications :
University degree.
Fluent in English.
Strong Experience in engineering.
Engineering experience of at least 5 years or more.
Good personality and relation.
Good work discipline and ethics
Good Experience in HSEQ.
Conducts Safety Trainings.
Familiar with the Group’s Rules and Directives concerning HSEQ.
Familiar with the adequate behavior to be adapted in case of incident (first level intervention mainly).
Complies with the rules and regulations regarding environmental protection.
