Customer Service Agent- by Top Business
Job Description :
Handle and respond to customer inquiries concerning products and/or services
Processing customer orders in SAP system after checking the pricing and ensure timely and accurate invoices are in place.
Ensure timely communications with our (3rd party suppliers ) to ensure orders delivery on time.
Coordinate with the responsible collector(s) to ensure the invoices are delivered on time to the customers.
Attend and resolve the disputed invoices on time and communicate the new amended invoices to the related collector(s) and customers.
Qualifications :
2 to 3 years related experience in customer service on pharmaceutical ,medical care ,FMCG or industrial companies.
Experience on handling different customer segments (B2B) , (B2C) & (B2G) is a must.
Excellent communication skills.
SAP user is preferred.
Good knowledge on excel is advantage.
Multinational experience is advantage.
Fluency in English is preferred.
