Job Description :
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Resolving customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner
Acts as a liaison between clients and management in order to enhance the overall customer experience
Communicates with clients via phone and face to face interaction for feedback
Tracks proposed solutions and follows up with clients in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit
Language Proficiency:Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
