Job Offer: HR Manager
Job Description :
Manage all legal affaires related to labor law such as documents and procedures with labor offices and social insurance offices.
Maintain excellent relation with labor office & social insurance office.
Manage monthly attendance (leaves and absenteeism,late arrival ,…etc.)
Maintaining & updating of the legal personnel files.
Ensure that the company policy comply with the labor law.
Manage and prepare payroll activity .
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures.
Manage a performance appraisal system that drives to high performance.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Responsible for hire employees for the company and arrange for their orientation and training.
Manage private medical insurance issues.
Assist to prepare all development plans for organization and ensure efficiency of all HR programs and prepare new employee documents and maintain accuracy of all documents
Qualifications:
Years of Experience: 10-15 years
Gender : Male Only
Experience Background :Personnel / HR
Bachelor’s degree
HR diploma is a must
