Job Description :
Develop & monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics across the organisation aligned with overall business strategies
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Maintain pay plan and benefits programs
Ensure legal compliance throughout the HR management
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to increase performance and decrease the turnover rat
Assess training need to apply and monitor training programs
Qualifications :
Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit
Language Proficiency:Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Bachelor Degree:Commerce or business administration
Years of Experience:4-6 Years
