Fully understanding of Chinese Language.
Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in (reading) the market.
Talent in negotiations and networking.
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
Good knowlegde of supplier or third party management software.
Experience in collecting and analyzing data.

Qualifications:
Fully understanding of Chinese Language.
Bachelor Degree in supply chain management.
Computer skills: excellent in Microsoft Office Suite.
