About the Job


  • Manage the quality control process throughout all the operational functions.

  • Inspecting all finished items to ensure they meet the company’s high standards.

  • Manage inspections to ensure there are no cresses and garments delivered to customer are in wearable condition.

  • Apply the company’s standards in: spotting and stain removal, cleaning, pressing and hand finishing, packing standards.

  • Responsible packaging of garments and their collection and delivery.




Job Requirements


  • Bachelor degree in any relevant.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and 2 years of experience as a quality control.

  • Experience in B2C applications is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Good command of English language.
