About the Job


  • Manage the instances of cloud infrastructure services and multiple cloud servers. 

  • Leads, oversees and maintains, multiuser computing environment as per the requirements of the organization. 

  • Develop, configure, implement and manage the systems that comprise the underlying cloud platform. 

  • Setting up public or private cloud systems. 

  • Balance workload and deploy them in an automated way. Monitor and alter the systems as per the prescribed methodology.

  • Establish and execute the cloud operations as per the specifications and parameters. 

  • Must implement cost-effective cloud-based systems that will fulfill the technical requirements of the organization.

  • Install and configure the Windows operating system in cloud IaaS providers. resolve and provide any assistance about system problems. 

  • Looking into the configuration and network security of the systems to make sure they are working correctly, and are up to date. 

  • Manage and upgrade operating systems.

  • Monitors and analyzes the capabilities and performance of the systems. compare, evaluate, and implement new technologies, and integrate systems into the computing environment.

  • Provide all the necessary assistance to the cloud servers, including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting. Help to maintain system security strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Troubleshooting on infrastructure-related issues.

  • Coordinate with Development team on Release/Configuration management in SOACS, ICS.

  • Work with offshore, nearshore and onsite teams to Assist with code migration if needed.

  • Review/Ensure all relevant documents are in place for Change/Release management.

  • Coordinate with the internal and external team in handling critical issues.




Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, telecommunications or equivalent

  • Must have strong technical knowledge of virtual machines (IaaS, Writing Code (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).

  • Working in a mixed Windows and Unix software environment.

  • Manage Oracle Managed File Transfer Cloud Service (MFT) and managing MFT encryption keys

  • Experience in User setup, Role and Permissions in Oracle PaaS layer.

  • Hands-on experience for on-premises agent installation, upgrade and patching in ICS environment, etc.

  • Comprehensive experience in Oracle Weblogic administration (11g/12c) (Like session, data source, cluster management, war deployment, etc.).

  • Experience in administering and monitoring Oracle Cloud Databases.

  • Good knowledge of DB Patching, cloning, Manage storage.

  • Oracle PaaS Administrative (JCS, ICS, SOACS, and DBCS) background.

  • Experience in custom code migration using cloud tool for Oracle PaaS

  • Ability to configure VMs and Web Applications.

  • Good knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, AWS, and other Windows-based technologies. 

  • Experience in Administering and Monitoring Oracle SOA CS and JCS.

  • Hands-on knowledge on Managing Integration with other cloud Services like Database/Integration Cloud.

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels.

  • Able to effectively communicate across teams and roles.
