We also run several national projects to create innovative developmental interventions to the communities of businesses and innovators.

We are currently looking for an Instructional Designer for one of our national projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing content e-Learning solutions to serve the development and promotion of Entrepreneurs and small business owners in various sectors. The e-learnings and content are in different disciplines, tech, business and some sector specific contents. You’ll be working with a team of experts, science communicators, graphics designers, marketers and copywriters. The educational content sought is, in Arabic and English.

Job responsibilities is as following:

• Design learning experiences including activities, case studies, facilitation manual, learner guide/handbook, lesson plan, etc..  


• Responsible for the content design and development of digital education programs / tracks


• Assessment design and development for learning paths recommendations and for programs effectiveness evaluation


• Work with subject matter experts, project head to set instructional end goals and design learning paths to achieve them


• Coordinate with subject matter experts for learning paths design, courses designs, assessment and evaluations design and follow-up till courses launch


• Explore different gamification techniques based on the target audience demographics to create engaging experience and influence the design of content for gamification


• Coordinate with script writers, videographers, graphic designers the shooting and production of content


• Coordinate with Content editors the upload of content to digital platform(s)


• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product  


• Continuous explore of latest trends in digital education and suggest updates to instructional design aspects 


• Observe and provide feedback on instructional techniques, presentation methods, or instructional aids  


• Maintain proper database of all courses created


• Monitor enrollment and feedback on launched courses and suggest updates / recommendations for continuous improvement
