Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Reviewing Consumables availability, prepare purchase requisition for re-order supply.
- Checking quality, quantity & expiration date for receiving supply
- Supervising OR storekeepers activities
- Charge external supplies on patient.
- Send external supplies form (for on-shelf supplies) to main store and follow up.
- Review stock issue.
- Follow up with purchasing for pending PO’s
- Making store ready for physical inventory.
Job Requirements
Job Specifications:
- Education : University Certificate
- Experience: 3 years experience at least in the same position ( Health Care is a plus)
- Training : Store Management
- Skills:Excel , Word , English
- Competencies :
- Technical Competencies: Leadership skills , SAP is a plus
- General Competencies: Communicating Effectively, Team Work, Working Under pressure.
