Assistant Surveyor

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Surveyor at COMFORT VALUATION ASSETS - COMFORT360. The Assistant Surveyor will conduct property inspections, analyze market trends, assist in asset valuations, prepare feasibility studies, and support property management activities. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure property-related objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

• Property Inspection, Market Analysis, and Asset Valuation skills


• Feasibility Study preparation and Property Management knowledge


• Strong attention to detail and data analysis capabilities


• Effective communication and problem-solving skills


• Experience in real estate or property valuation is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or related field
