Assistant Brand Manager
Undivided attention to the brand's tactical activities including promotions, sales performance, outlet visibility, distribution figures and branding tools.
Principal Accountability:
- POS distribution/delivery and receipt forms.
- All filing requirements:
- Weekly market visits to on premise and off premise along with a report.
- Follow up, supervision and monitoring of all on/off premise promotions.
- Follow up on promotional material distribution/placement at all outlets.
- Day to day coordination on administrative requirements (I.e. GSR-RS-Expense notes etc..).
- Manual book keeping of all brand spendings (to keep tracking with accounting).
- A weekly status report.
- Initial assessment to all proposed sponsorship activities.
- A monthly consumer insight survey on a certain issue in request.
- Follow up with purchasing departments and in house designer.
Job Context:
The job requires extended contacts with various departments and divisions within the company. The job requires good knowledge of the brand and good knowledge of responsibility assignments in within the company.
The job requires out of office and in office commitment.
