Call Center Specialist

The Call Center Specialist is reporting to the Operation Manager, is responsible for data compilation and verification for the business sector, documents call information into application, updating and cleansing database, Scheduling, maintenance knowledge of Yellow Pages products and services repurposing and Supply Egypt Yellow Pages website with rich content data, also handle all various types of calls.
