•Monitoring of progress as per – schedule , also material procurement as required in the project .
•Ability to work with quality issues , quality control , audit , review and analysis .
•Advanced skills in problems solving , and decision making .
•Proven ability to work with maintenance work standards and maintenance work time rates.
•Proven ability to work with safety and health precautions especially in construction .

Job Qualifications:
•Degree in civil engineering from a reputable university.
•5 – 8 years of experience in the field of structural and architectural works.
•Preferred Gender: Male
