- BA of Law along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable legal firm specializing in drafting, reviewing and developing contracts.

- Exposure to international commercial law and a proven ability to interpret complex policy, legal, contractual or regulatory requirements and develop/manage effective contracts is essential.

- The position is ideally suited for a candidate having exposure to the CIT industry.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English, French is an asset.
