Human Resources Specialist
This employee is responsible for overseeing daily staffing operations and offering assistance to staff in the performance of their duties as needed. In addition, the specialist provides district-wide administrative support.
Duties of the position:
1. Maintaining and updating all Employees files.
2. Developing procedures and personnel forms
3. Coordinating work flow and procedures between Human
Resources, Payroll,
4. Preparing contracts for all newly hired employees.
5. Preparing reports for the Department to Labor and other Governmental Offices.
7. Assist in Preparing job descriptions & staff performance appraisals systems
8. Performing other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree.
1-2 year of experience in the H.R field.
Good computer skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills Accurate with high attention to details.
Effective teamwork spirit &Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
