What are my responsibilities?

* Working with and helping the General Counsel on all related corporate and commercial matters, including without limitation, provide legal advice on joint ventures, M&A, company law, investment law, IP law, capital market law, public procurement law.
* Helping on issues within trade law, including drafting and reviewing distributorships, commercial agency and commercial agreements.
* Drafting minutes of the board and shareholders meetings.
* Following up closely with external lawyers on legal cases filed for or against the company.

Skills

What do I need to qualify for this job?
* 3-5 years experience in a reputable law office or a multinational company.
* Good experience in advising on commercial law, civil law, administrative law, IP law and labor law.
* Good experience in drafting, reviewing and translating all types of civil and commercial contracts.
* Reasonble background in civil, commercial and administrative litigation.
* Fluent at both English and Arabic.
* Strong legal research skills.
