Microsoft Account Manager
- Provide proactive leadership, ownership and taking responsibility in the customer / account team environment for discussions on technology solutions proposed by Company in a manner that gains credibility with its clients.
- Work closely with account managers and sales teams to develop effective working relationships.
- Understand sales strategy, approach to accounts and opportunities.
- Take ownership and responsibility for activities in assigned accounts and lead in defining sales strategy for complex opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with other "virtual team" members (Sales Teams, Complex Solutions & Opportunity Management, Customer Services, and Billing) to ensure collaboration on solutions and swift resolution of problems.
- Provide accurate Sales management on a regular basis as per the agreed function reporting process.
- Reply to customers clarifications required.
- Understand the solutions, products and services provided.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals and pricing for clients/projects and consulting services to customers.
- Meet sales objectives and increase revenue.
- Following up sales leads and new customer in the pipeline.
- Accurate understanding of requirements, coordinate customer orders to insure prompt delivery and completion of projects.
- Report to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain organized files for all the above and other correspondence.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of a BSc or equivalent degree.
• Minimum three years sales experience in a company of a good reputation.
• Good knowledge of MS products.
• A great listener, confident presenter with strong ability to expose and identify pain points and create synergy around an idea or a solution.
• Minimum three years sales experience in a company of a good reputation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask/handle a number of assignments at the same time.
• Organized and punctual.
• Good appearance.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
