Packaging/Process Team Leader

1. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Operators.
2. Set rules and give continuous effective guidance to Operators.
3. Follow up on and ensure achievement of the production plan.
4. Follow up on AIB audit results.
5. Full responsibility for the quality of the product.
6. Full awareness of Operators’ needs and fulfillment of those needs.
7. Train the operators and the new employees.
8. Follow up on Operators’ reports and signing them after ensuring full accuracy of those reports.
9. Ensure availability of raw material and spare parts.
10. Help the shift leader in setting the production plan.
11. Delivering and receiving units from previous shifts.
