Sales Training Manager
1. Assists in Developing, customizing, implementing & sustaining Best Practice tools on training and development.
2. Assists in Developing and implementing the territory University project.
3. Assists the I & S manager in the health check visits all over the branches
4. Upgrading the RSRs capability (retail, wholesale and key accounts).
5. Work with the I & S Manager and the sales management on the inclusion of new product offerings into the training curriculum.
6. Assists in delivering Frito Lay and PepsiCo training agenda.
7. Prepare reports for the I & S manager around sales team training and health check performance
8. Setting mid-term plans as well as the yearly training plan for the trainings and development of the sales team.
9. Establish and maintain sales team records of training, and keeps track on training process.
10. Assists the I & S manager in Collecting and validating the TNA for the sales team
11. Assists in establishing the (Chipsy academy) project.
12. Responsible for raising the distributor RSRs capability through training on new Frito-Lay and PepsiCo programs and approaches.
Skills
1. Minimum 3 years of sales or sales support in FMCG.
2. Previous experience in training and development.
3. Very good command of English (Spoken& written)
4. Very good project management and communication skills.
5. Development mentality.
6. Results Driven.
7. High ability of planning & organizing.
8. Customer Focus (Service to sales concept).
9. Good analytical skills
10. No travel restrictions.
