Tele Sales
• Activities telesales targeted in promoting the product of the organization
• Accountable for achieving individual sales and telephone calls targets which have been agreed with the Sales Manager.
• Provide customers by the required information
• Make a daily call reports, (leads dialed - total sales closed)
• Develop new database contacts of potential customers.
• Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
• To report immediately to the Marketing Managers on any customer problems or disputes or other significant matters.
• To maintain detailed records of all telesales transactions.
Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English
Computer Skills: Very good user of Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Handling difficult objections.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements • ability to achieve sales quotas.
• Negotiation and presentation skills
• Interactive and fast enough to learn new technologies and sciences.3 years experience . Salary(L.E): Negotiable
