Egypt hotels expect more than 44% occupancy
Colliers International released its hotel forecast for 2021, predicting that Egypt’s occupancy will be more than 44%.
The report predicted 44% for Cairo, which is an increase of more than 60% year on year. And 58% for Alexandria which is a much smaller increase, around 29%.
Other cities like Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada can reach an increase of 113% year on year, especially with Russian flights coming back to Egypt.
