Cairo, Egypt, 29th July 2013- Softex Software House, Egyptian sole property company, announces merger with Softex Inc., an incorporation located in Delaware, United States.
The role of each company, according to the merging agreement, for Softex Inc. is responsible for strategic expansion in Africa and Gulf regions, while Softex in Egypt remains as a power house of development and operations serving the other partner companies in different regions around the world.
Softex Software House was founded in Cairo 2004. It is specialized in developing professional business solutions and business websites for medium and large enterprises; covering a wide range of business fields such as trading, manufacturing and Tourism.
The synergy aim to make sure that the mergers can get access to a bigger market share which ensures a larger client base and a deeper market penetration in MENA region.
Eventually, the merging procedures have been closed on 29th July 2013. It is planned that the headquarter office will be located in Wilmington which is the largest city in the state of Delaware, United States.
