Golden View launches its latest project in the Fifth Settlement
Golden View held an event to launch its new project, GOLDEN HUB, in the heart of the Fifth Settlement in the South Academy area. The project is the largest commercial, administrative, and medical complex in the area, covering an area of 10,000 square meters, with a ground floor and three repeated floors, and a two-level underground garage spanning the entire project area.
The event was attended by many prominent real estate figures, board members, major real estate marketing companies, and a selection of consultants and experts who collaborated with Golden View on this project. Leading the expertise houses contracted by Golden View for the design, implementation, management, and operation of the project are the office of Engineer Mohamed Hafez as the architectural consultant, A.C.E. Moharram-Bakhoum for executive consultancy, KAD for commercial facilities management, Nama for project facilities management consultancy, and Etqan for financial and commercial consultancy. ng 2,400 square meters."
Mr. Ahmed El-Sayed, CEO of Golden View, stated during his speech at the event that GOLDEN HUB is the beginning of a series of distinctive projects the company intends to launch in the coming period, targeting project sales worth four billion EGP. He noted that the project represents a qualitative leap in the South Academy area.
Mr. El-Sayed affirmed Golden View's commitment to providing a distinguished real estate product that offers real added value to the client, with the company working at full capacity to make GOLDEN HUB the icon of the entire area by offering many distinguished services in the project, such as utilizing the largest plaza in the area to create the first entertainment theater in South Academy with an exceptional viewing experience through large screens that will be provided in the project, as well as other security, guard, garage, and entertainment services like paddle courts.
In a wonderful gesture, Mr. Ahmed El-Sayed announced the sale of the first unit in the project for free to the Misr El Kheir Foundation as a form of community contribution and the developmental role that Golden View assumes towards society.
