$14.2M Partnership to Build Over 170 Building for Eastshire Project in New Cairo

The agreement involves the construction within the second and third phases of the Eastshire project, which is owned by Al Qamzi.

Recently Al Qamzi Developments entered into a contract with Rebuillion for Projects, with the contract’s valuation coming in at $14.2 million (EGP 700 million).


“Rebuillion for Projects has been assigned a one-year timeline for their work on the Eastshire project. The company was selected due to its extensive experience in executing major projects not only in Egypt but also in countries such as Spain, China, and Qatar.”, said Yasser Zidan, Chairperson of Al Qamzi.


The agreement involves the construction within the second and third phases of the Eastshire project, which is owned by Al Qamzi, with the project being located in the Fifth Settlement of New Cairo.


New Cairo Eastshire Project Details


According to the terms of the contract Rebuillion for Projects will carry the responsibility in overseeing the construction of 178 buildings, comprising 10 standalone villas and approximately 168 townhouses.
