Valu issues LE 10 billion securitization bonds

Since launching the first securitization bond issuance in 2021, the company has continued to expand its financial services package.

The financial services technology platform Valu announced on Tuesday the completion of the 13th securitization bond issuance worth LE519.2 million, as part of a multi-issue program worth LE10.8 billion.


According to a disclosure statement to the stock exchange on Tuesday, this step marks a milestone in the company’s growth journey since its establishment.


Valu managed to issue securitization bonds by adopting an approach that contributed significantly to enhancing growth plans.


Since launching the first securitization bond issuance in 2021, the company has continued to expand its financial services package.


During 2024, it completed the issuance of six securitization bonds – represented by the eighth to the thirteenth issue – with a total value exceeding LE 4.9 billion.


This issuance is the third deal within a securitization bond program worth LE 16 billion. The securitization process, secured by a portfolio of receivables, was assigned to EFG Securitization Company, and the issue was offered in two tranches.


The value of Tranche (A) is LE 321.9 million, with a term of six months, and it has a Prime I (sf) credit rating and a fixed interest rate, while Tranche (B) is LE 197.3 million, with a term of 12 months, and it has a Prime II (sf) credit rating and a fixed interest rate.
