Asia Potash announces phosphate fertilizer complex plan in Egypt

The complex will have a total production capacity of 10 mn tons of phosphate once fully operational.

As part of the agreement, Konecta plans to invest approximately $100 million in Egypt over the next three years.

The IRENA Assembly will kick off the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW), which is due to take place between January 12-18.

Under the first phase, the company aims to extract 2mln tons of phosphate annually and convert them into phosphate fertilizers.

During the meeting, El-Khatib highlighted the progress of the company’s initiative to produce stoves under the Golden License system.
